Refund policy

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If your purchase was made more than 30 days ago, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging. A return is only possible if the product has a defect. Otherwise, all items are excluded from return, as each individual product is printed or made to order.

In certain situations, only partial refunds will be granted:

  • Items that are no longer in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error.
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery.

 

REFUNDS

When we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the item you have returned. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed. After a few days, your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven't received a refund yet, first double-check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be credited. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted to your account. If you've done all of this and still haven't received a refund, please contact us at mail@2332dancewear.com.

 

EXCHANGE

An exchange will only be granted for defective or damaged items.  If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email to mail@2332dancewear.com and send the item to: Tramstrasse 143, Zurich, Zurich, 8050, Switzerland.

 

DISPATCH

You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs for the return will be deducted from your refund. The time it takes for the exchanged item to arrive may vary depending on the country in which you reside.
